Responsibilities

Flow 4 : Mettre en place la documentation de Production pour tout nouveau produit intégrant l'Usine Aptiv Epernon, en collaboration avec les Ingénieurs Qualité Développement, Opérations et Industrialisation tout en respectant les exigences normatives internes et externes
Flow 5 : Modifier / suivre la liste des caractéristiques spéciales, synoptique de fabrication, AMDEC Process, plans de surveillance pendant la Vie Série
Assurer la corrélation parfaite entre tous les documents
Maintenir drastiquement la matrice documentaire globale Usine Aptiv Epernon
Répondre / suivre / implanter toute DT (demande de travaux documentaires)
RFMEA leader : Planifier / Réaliser / Suivre l'ensemble des Reverse FMEA (AMDEC inversée) de l'Usine Aptiv Epernon
Participer aux QRQC et mettre à jour le cas échéant l’ensemble de la documentation interne suite aux réclamations Clients
Être force de proposition dans l'activité Qualité Développement et Opérations (amélioration, indicateurs, suivi particulier etc.)
