Responsibilities

  • Réaliser l'installation, la mise en service et la réparation des appareils et équipements de cuisines professionnelles
  • Procéder à la maintenance préventive et curative des équipements de cuisine
  • Régler, contrôler et dépanner tous les appareils d'une cuisine professionnelle (fours, friteuses, tunnel de lavage, etc.)
  • Effectuer des diagnostics de panne et proposer des solutions de dépannage
  • Garantir le niveau de sécurité, fiabilité, maintenabilité et performance opérationnelle
  • Respecter les Cinq clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité
