Requirements

  • DEC en comptabilité ou AEC en administration avec expérience pertinente
  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en comptes payables
  • Maîtrise des outils MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • Expérience avec un ERP (SAP serait un atout majeur)
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais) – oral et écrit
  • Rigueur, souci du détail et capacité d’analyse
  • Excellente gestion du temps et des priorités
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer plusieurs dossiers
  • Esprit d’équipe et autonomie
  • Sens de l’initiative et attitude positive

Responsibilities

  • Saisir et traiter les données des comptes payables et de la facturation
  • Faire approuver les factures via le système SAP
  • Codifier et enregistrer un volume élevé de factures
  • Assurer le suivi des dépenses d’entretien
  • Associer les factures aux bons de commande et de réception
  • Classer et archiver les documents comptables
  • Signaler toute anomalie ou situation particulière à son supérieur
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus
