Requirements

Ability to execute Level 2 preventive maintenance on a group of industrial equipment
Capability to analyze malfunctions, organize repairs, or communicate to maintenance technicians
Knowledge of safety norms, including LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) process for equipment consignment
Proficiency in using Gestion Maintenance Assistée par Ordinateur (GMAO)
Ability to manage stock of spare parts, order from internal store, or alert technical support
Capacity to identify and alert hierarchy on necessary training based on equipment technology evolution

Responsibilities

Execute preventive maintenance (Niveau 2) on a group of equipment within allocated time to ensure equipment efficiency per planning
Contribute to improving preventive maintenance programs and maintaining their effectiveness
Follow stock of spare parts, order as needed from internal store, or alert technical support
Provide intervention reports to all impacted persons
Enter data into the Computer-Assisted Maintenance Management System (GMAO)
Alert hierarchy on required training following equipment technology evolutions
During preventives, analyze malfunctions, organize repairs, or communicate to maintenance technicians
Exchange on daily preventive events with peers, reliability engineers, or maintenance technicians; propose improvements to upcoming planning
Exchange equipment-related information with external suppliers during subcontracted preventive interventions
Cooperate and share problem resolution explanations with team and production personnel
