Requirements

Min Diploma in Chemistry/related field with 3 years of experience in a Quality control lab
Or NITEC in Chemistry or related field with 5 years of experience in quality inspection/lab testing
Able to commit to 12 hours rotating day and overnight shift duties

Responsibilities

Perform Final Product Inspection including Final Product Inspection Testing, Sterilization Verification, Re-sort check, and documentation verification
Perform lens inspection audit (SPC) to ensure consistency
Perform product disposition in accordance to specifications
Perform exception handling such as ensuring on-hold products are quarantined
Support and perform the required inspection for validation project and engineering studies
Perform other duties as required by supervisor
Attend HSE training programs and comply with all HSE guidelines
Report unsafe conditions, injuries, near misses and hazards
Wear personnel protective equipment (PPE) as required
Support QC laboratories with testing when necessary
