Responsibilities

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on facilities equipment or fixtures by following schedules, inspecting, cleaning, repairing, documenting wear and tear, gathering capital expense info, recommending repairs/replacements, and logging activities
  • Perform major and minor repairs using craft skills, diagnosing issues, dismantling equipment, utilizing tools/manuals, responding to emergency calls, and documenting repairs
  • Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors by completing documentation (e.g., vouchers, summaries, logs), conducting price comparisons, ordering/tracking parts, recording purchases/usage, submitting warranty claims, ensuring regulatory compliance, verifying contractor standards, reporting deficiencies, and handling equipment transport/storage
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on information and best practices to support action plans, align efforts with customer/business needs, and build commitment
  • Implement business solutions by building stakeholder relationships, identifying needs, executing processes, monitoring progress, recognizing improvements, and adapting to changes
  • Model compliance with company policies/procedures, support mission/values/ethics, and assist others in applying them
  • Demonstrate respect for others, drive positive experiences, embrace differences, foster belonging, and contribute to inclusive workplaces
