Requirements

B.E/B.Tech (Food & Beverage or Mechanical or Chemical Engineering)
3-4 years of experience in technical writing in Food & Beverage, Pharma or relevant industry
Use of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PDF, PowerPoint etc.)
Knowledge of SAP MM module
Knowledge using Autodesk Vault or similar document management system
Ability to communicate effectively on complex technical/engineering information with internal stakeholders, vendors and customers
Good communication in English
Willingness to travel globally – 5-10%

Responsibilities

Work in a multi-tasking, multi-national environment to prepare Technical Operation and Maintenance Manual for Food and Beverage Filtration Systems
Ensure the right Technical inputs are included in Operation & Maintenance Manual by coordinating with Technical Project lead
Work in multi-language environment by coordinating with Language translator suppliers for O&M translation in different languages as per customer requirements
Ensure Technical documentation is delivered to customer in accordance to specification
Ensure the documents are printed as per guidelines by Printing supplier
Support to Project manager and SAP WBS set-up
Support as Document Controller
