Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in B2B SaaS products
  • Strong systems thinking, technical curiosity, and a proven ability to work with empathy, ownership, and accountability
  • Experience managing multiple, concurrent documentation projects
  • A passion for technology and for customer success, with a user-centric approach and mindset
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and evolving environments
  • A learning mindset—curious, growth-oriented, and resilient
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Prior experience working with Linear or similar project management tools is a plus
  • Understanding of concepts related to telephony, VoIP, AI, or real-time communications

Responsibilities

  • Write and maintain high-quality Help Center articles, FAQs, feature guides, troubleshooting paths, and release-related documentation
  • Create content that helps customers understand features, troubleshoot issues, and learn best practices
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and customer success teams to gather insights, understand new features, and ensure documentation accuracy
  • Assist with customer enablement content that supports onboarding and feature adoption
  • Build and maintain a well-organized internal knowledge base for Support, Customer Success, and other teams
  • Document internal workflows, processes, and best practices to support consistent operations
  • Work directly with Engineering and other teams to gather details on new features and translate them into clear internal notes and guides
  • Create and uphold documentation standards and guidelines
  • Work with Support, Product, Engineering, and Data Science to ensure accuracy and completeness across all content
  • Identify gaps in documentation and recommend improvements that help users and internal teams be more successful
