Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field, along with proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the networking or cybersecurity industry. A strong understanding of firewall and hotspot gateway technologies is required, and familiarity with content management systems, Markdown, or documentation tools is advantageous.
The Technical Writer will develop, maintain, and update the knowledge base for firewall and hotspot gateway products, prepare and distribute bimonthly newsletters with relevant product updates and insights, write blogs and articles on new feature launches, product enhancements, and cybersecurity trends, and provide well-structured technical write-ups for media websites to enhance brand visibility. They will also collaborate with technical teams to document product specifications, user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting manuals, ensuring that all documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences, and staying up to date with network security, firewall technologies, and industry best practices to create relevant content.
