You will join the global Infrastructure and Enterprise Services group with over 130 professionals supporting more than 11,000 Windows and MacOS users across diverse business units and regions, liaising with 1st line Service Desk analysts and 3rd line senior support specialists.
Strong candidates have fluency in English with excellent communication skills, value teamwork and customer service, are independent, reliable, highly organized, proactive problem-solvers with a hands-on approach, and are flexible yet process-oriented.
