Requirements

Candidates must be enrolled in a degree program between December 2025 and June 2026, with less than 24 years of age, and demonstrate a willingness to learn through practical experience and collaborative projects within their area of study. Experience with data analytics platforms or business intelligence tools is preferred, as is a background in cybersecurity or computer science.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Apprentice, the candidate will monitor and triage technical support requests, assist the Customer Security Operations team in creating and analyzing reports, collect feedback from stakeholders, develop digital communications and content, work on pilot programs, and create client-focused health checks and reports. They will also contribute to detecting and responding to security incidents in real-time for clients and collaborate effectively with other apprentices and employees.
