  • Strong technical understanding and enjoyment in comprehending complex relationships between metering systems, Wallbox, and backend systems

  • Team player, strong communicator, and open to new technologies and optimizing unconventional processes

Responsibilities

  • Technical fault analysis and customer consulting: Clarify faults and inquiries regarding Smart Meters and Wallboxen, from remote analysis to customer-oriented, understandable solutions
  • Fault management & monitoring: Responsible for monitoring and analyzing faults in metering operations and coordinating troubleshooting measures in close coordination with external service providers and partners
  • Direct technical support: Provide technical support and remote troubleshooting in direct customer contact, aiming for pragmatic and quick solutions
  • Service coordination: Create and coordinate service orders (e.g., technician deployments) for the field team to ensure smooth on-site processes
  • Process optimization and documentation: Contribute to building, optimizing, and documenting system and operational processes for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (installation, tech & product development) to continuously develop green energy solutions
