Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, in collaboration with key stakeholders
Coordinate and manage project tasks and resources, ensuring timely and successful completion of projects within agreed-upon timeframes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
Monitor and control project risks and issues, developing and implementing appropriate risk mitigation strategies
Foster a security-first mindset within the project team, ensuring adherence to industry standards and compliance with relevant regulations
Mentor and support Project Coordinators, contributing to their professional development and growth within the organization
Communicate project progress and status effectively to all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management
Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in project management processes and methodologies, sharing best practices within the PM team
Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
Contribute to increasing project profitability by optimizing resource allocation, reducing rework, and streamlining processes
