Responsibilities

  • Build a sustainable GRC program that scales across frameworks (SOC 2, ISO, privacy) and keeps leadership read-in on real risks and tradeoffs
  • Stand up controls, testing, and continuous evidence collection to make “audit-ready” the normal operating mode
  • Run security questionnaires end-to-end and keep Trust Portal accurate, crisp, and useful
  • Use AI to templatize, draft, and verify responses, controls mapping, gap analysis, and evidence workflows
  • Coordinate pentests (including compliance-driven scopes), third-party reviews, and remediation tracking with Security and Services teams
  • Write clear, partner-friendly explanations of Dia’s AI safety model, data flows, and controls to make complex systems feel simple and trustworthy
  • Own and scale Governance, Risk, and Compliance to achieve and maintain SOC 2 Type II and build a repeatable path for future regimes such as ISO 27001/27701, privacy attestations, and evidence automation
