Requirements
Candidates should have 1-4 years of experience in Program Management, Technical Project Management, or a related technical role, experience managing software development projects ideally within an agile environment, strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams, comfort with basic technical concepts and a willingness to learn more, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Experience with cloud services and technologies, and exposure to building analytics products or services, are considered a plus.
Responsibilities
As a Technical Program Manager, you will orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions impacting customer success, work on complex technical initiatives protecting e-commerce transactions, partner with engineering, product, and data science teams to build fraud prevention solutions, define and own project scope, goals, and milestones, proactively track and manage issues, risks, and dependencies, understand technical capabilities, drive clarity by breaking down complex problems, build trust and strong relationships with stakeholders, use data and metrics to track progress, create and maintain project artifacts and visuals, keep customer needs in mind, work with managers and teammates to ensure project alignment, and foster a collaborative environment.
