Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in either engineering or project management roles. Semiconductor industry experience is required, as is a proven track record of leading teams and building strong relationships with engineering groups. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to follow through on projects are also necessary, alongside expertise in project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
The Technical Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to define team deliverables aligned with company milestones and strategy, design and improve processes to enhance internal efficiency and address gaps, monitor project processes, highlight risks, and continuously evaluate schedule impacts for key stakeholders, facilitate communication and alignment between technical teams and business leaders, and provide functional engineering support to core engineering teams.
