Requirements

Ability to work 5 days onsite at Mountain View, CA office
Experience gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple internal and external sources to uncover trends, outliers, and actionable insights
Proficiency in designing, writing, and optimizing SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and aggregate data from relational databases
Experience building interactive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Looker Studio, Power BI, or other BI platforms
Ability to develop lightweight JavaScript-based logic for BI tools or front-end solutions (e.g., Retool) to support business users with dynamic views or form-driven workflows
Experience assisting in developing and maintaining ETL pipelines or automated data workflows

Responsibilities

Build out scalable infrastructure to improve operational efficiencies and directly impact top line revenue and bottom line profitability
Contribute to the design and implementation of systems and processes that facilitate scalability and efficiency in a hyper growth environment
Solve complex, ambiguous business problems and drive and own operational metrics (productivity, quality, scalability)
Be responsible for owning key operational metrics, with productivity based on pushing metrics forward not time
Engage in cross-functional collaboration with key internal stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams
Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Account Management, and Operations to define, implement, and continuously improve mission-critical business processes
Have end-to-end ownership over initiatives that enhance internal efficiency, streamline client onboarding and product growth, and drive key business metrics
Identify operational pain points and inefficiencies, develop robust solutions, and codify them into clear, actionable runbooks
Influence both internal and external training materials, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on new processes and equipped for successful execution
