Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and approximately 5-7 years of related consulting and technical management experience. Required expertise includes demonstrated experience managing and delivering multiple cloud transformation engagements, and approximately 5 years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and securing cloud environments using AWS and/or Azure. Deep technical experience in at least one major CNAPP platform such as Wiz is also required, along with experience in infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.

Responsibilities

The Technical Manager will oversee the technical delivery of a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring client goals are met and managing engagement scope, timelines, budget, and client expectations. Responsibilities include crafting detailed engagement plans, managing client stakeholder expectations, acting as the primary escalation point for technical and project issues, and providing strategic and technical guidance on cloud strategy, architecture, governance, and secure migration. The role involves leading client workshops, contributing to internal practice development by creating reusable assets and thought leadership, and maintaining professional knowledge through continuous learning. Additionally, the manager will complete administrative tasks, lead the deployment and configuration of CNAPP solutions, oversee the development of infrastructure-as-code templates, create high-quality client deliverables, and conduct engagement milestone readouts.
