Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of IT professionals, both internal and with a MSP, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for IT infrastructure management and maintenance
  • Manage IT infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet our requirements and are completed on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with other department leaders, such as Facilities, to align IT infrastructure management with our goals
  • Monitor the performance of IT systems and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data security and data center operations
  • Manage vendor relationships
