Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent practical experience
  • An advanced degree or IAM-related certifications
  • 5–7 years of IAM development experience, with at least 3 years in SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Strong background in Java, Beanshell, REST/SOAP APIs, and AWS-hosted solutions
  • Previous experience troubleshooting complex integration issues
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Experience leading QA testing processes
  • Must possess the ability to mentor and guide junior team members

Responsibilities

  • Custom Development & Integrations: Building, customizing, and optimizing SailPoint IIQ workflows and API integrations with platforms such as Workday, Azure AD, and Salesforce
  • Technical Leadership: Mentoring junior developers, conducting peer code reviews, and enforcing development best practices
  • QA & Testing: Defining and executing QA testing frameworks for lifecycle changes and new integrations
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Investigating and resolving escalated issues from the team’s queue
  • Documentation: Maintaining technical documentation for integrations, customizations, and processes
