Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. They should typically have 7+ years of relevant work experience in the industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role, including experience in software engineering and project management. Proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies is required, along with technical knowledge in package applications and advanced communication and leadership skills. Relevant cloud certifications, such as PMP, CTO, or an MBA, are a plus, as is an advanced degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

The Technical Integration Lead will manage a team responsible for package software application development, coordinating project execution and allocating resources efficiently. They will collaborate with senior management to define departmental goals, ensure the timely delivery of software solutions, provide technical guidance to team members, oversee quality control and adherence to coding standards, facilitate collaboration with other departments and teams, identify and address project risks and issues, and provide technical guidance to team members.
