Responsibilities

Strategic Project Execution

  • Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering technology initiatives on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.
  • Develops delivery roadmaps that align with enterprise technology strategy and business objectives.

Team Leadership

  • Builds, mentors, and leads high-performing cross-functional delivery teams that may span multiple geographies.
  • Creates a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, providing clear direction and removing barriers to success.

Stakeholder Management

  • Establishes strong relationships with business stakeholders at all levels, effectively communicating project status, managing expectations, and ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
  • Acts as the bridge between technical teams and business partners.

Delivery Methodology

  • Champions appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches) based on project requirements and organizational context.
  • Implements best practices and governance frameworks that optimize delivery outcomes.
