University degree in industrial engineering or equivalent experience
Interest in technology, collaboration, and problem-solving
Experience of QSR, ISO, and work within pharmaceutical/medical device industry (required)
Very good GMP knowledge
Ability to work independently and in a team, with good communication skills in Swedish and English
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as experience of SAP

Responsibilities

Ensure daily operation and availability of equipment
Coordinate equipment-related issues and propose improvements based on data and KPIs
Investigate equipment-related deviations (NC, CAPA) and identify and address risks (Intelex)
Coordinate practical changes in the production facility
Collaborate closely with line technicians and production engineers to prioritize activities and ensure efficient operation
Ensure correct and updated documentation for operator use and maintenance
Perform qualification of simpler equipment and participate in process validations
Participate in risk analyses and development of requirement specifications
Drive improvement work supported by PPI and root cause analyses
