Requirements

  • University degree in industrial engineering or equivalent experience
  • Interest in technology, collaboration, and problem-solving
  • Experience of QSR, ISO, and work within pharmaceutical/medical device industry (required)
  • Very good GMP knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with good communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as experience of SAP

Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily operation and availability of equipment
  • Coordinate equipment-related issues and propose improvements based on data and KPIs
  • Investigate equipment-related deviations (NC, CAPA) and identify and address risks (Intelex)
  • Coordinate practical changes in the production facility
  • Collaborate closely with line technicians and production engineers to prioritize activities and ensure efficient operation
  • Ensure correct and updated documentation for operator use and maintenance
  • Perform qualification of simpler equipment and participate in process validations
  • Participate in risk analyses and development of requirement specifications
  • Drive improvement work supported by PPI and root cause analyses
