Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of configuration/development experience with complex SaaS/CRM platforms, including expertise in at least one major CRM/workflow platform such as Salesforce Sales/Service/CPQ, Pega CRM/Case Management, or ServiceNow workflows. A strong understanding of CRM business processes like lead-to-cash and service management, along with experience in integration technologies (REST/SOAP, JSON, SSO, LDAP, ETL, middleware) is required. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and excellent communication and collaboration skills are also essential.

Responsibilities

The Technical Consultant will design, configure, and deliver CRM and Industry Workflow solutions on the ServiceNow Now Platform, translating business requirements into technical designs and working configurations. Responsibilities include implementing workflows across lead-to-cash, CPQ/CLM, order management, customer service, and field service use cases, performing hands-on development with Flow Designer, Business Rules, REST APIs, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and integration technologies, and building/supporting integrations to external systems. The role also involves acting as a trusted advisor on platform best practices, leading customer design workshops, providing guidance to customer admins, collaborating with cross-functional teams, drafting and reviewing user stories and technical documentation, and supporting AI-first delivery for Agentic AI use cases.
