Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Typically Minimum 8 Years Relevant Experience
  • Preferred: Bachelor degree in Finance, Business, Science, Engineering or Computing
  • Preferred: Experience in the payments industry, preferably ecommerce, mobile, payment security & risk management
  • Broad expertise or unique knowledge in skills/knowledge area
  • Ability to work on significant and unique issues requiring evaluation of intangibles and independent judgment
  • Ability to create formal networks involving coordination among internal and external groups
  • Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments
  • Programming: Ability to test basic code in mainstream languages and scripting knowledge of HTML & JavaScript
  • Communication of Technical Concepts: Ability to communicate technical concepts

Responsibilities

  • Administer the partner integration and go-live process, including project managing systems integration between partner, third parties and Global Payments
  • Collaborate with Global Sales Engineering function to effect a seamless handoff and assume full responsibility for solutioning and all technical aspects of a partner's ongoing relationship with Global Payments
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of GP products through research and testing in order to act as subject matter expert with prospective customers
  • Proactively maintain accurate product & services knowledge working collaboratively with product teams across multiple regions
  • Test new solution release applications to provide proof-of-concept ideas to partners and clients
  • Produce clear and precise documentation for clients based on business and functional requirements for successful deployment of the solution
  • Provide proposal support to the sales team, leading the completion of the business, technical and functional sections of RFI and RFP documents
