    • Proven track record of management skills, including conflict resolution, multi-reporting, roadmap planning, and backlog management.
    • Software engineering background with the ability to comfortably discuss technical jargon.
    • Proven ability to analyze product use cases and requirements across all SDLC phases (architecture, development, testing, deployment).
      • Note: While you will not be required to provide architectural or coding solutions, you must be comfortable participating in these discussions and influencing from a business and client requirements standpoint.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor the team as an Agile advocate and promote continuous improvement processes.
  • Manage and coach the team on resolving conflicts and impediments.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are consistently updated on team progress and deliverable status through open and honest communication.
  • Provide clear, audience-specific reports.
  • Leverage prior technical/coding experience to triage development and QA tickets based on business and customer priorities.
  • Own and supervise the product backlog, story writing, project roadmap, and dependencies.
  • Translate product features into well-defined product requirements, including features, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with development teams, software architects, and business stakeholders to set and communicate release schedules, dates, and scope.
  • Ensure the team's delivery against the agreed-upon plan.
  • Influence the product vision definition and break it down into smaller, incremental deliverables.
  • Assist in identifying market opportunities.
