Position Overview

Right now, we are looking for a Tech Lead (React/Go) to join our team!

As a Tech Lead, you will take ownership of the technical direction and execution of projects that support cloud-based communication platforms. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, guide a team of engineers, and work hands-on in both backend and frontend development. Most projects emphasize backend work and system integrations, with key focuses on scalability, performance, and real-time data processing.

This role involves integrating communication systems with third-party CRMs, Workforce Management platforms, and CTI tools. You’ll lead by example, mentor developers, and help shape the technical architecture behind powerful SaaS products.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused culture
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define technical goals and deliverables
• Architect and implement scalable solutions across frontend and backend services
• Write and review high-quality code with attention to best practices and performance
• Guide continuous improvement in development workflows, automation, and testing strategies
• Oversee sprint planning, unblock challenges, and help team members grow technically
• Support hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of new engineering talent
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to cloud-native SaaS platforms

Requirements

Must have:

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer with increasing leadership or team lead responsibilities
• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) and React
• Experience building and maintaining SaaS applications
• Experience with Node.js and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Solid understanding of MySQL and relational database design
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as Elasticsearch or equivalent
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across remote teams
• Passion for mentoring, team development, and engineering excellence
• Comfort working with Agile methodologies and modern CI/CD pipelines

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
• Willingness to learn and work across unfamiliar tech stacks when needed
