Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in platform engineering, specifically within a SaaS environment. Strong experience with cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless architectures is required. Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure is essential, as is a deep understanding of DevOps principles and practices. Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi is also necessary.
As a Tech Lead Platform Engineer – AI & MLOps, you will design, build, and optimize Enable’s cloud-native SaaS platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency across all aspects of the infrastructure. You will develop and maintain core infrastructure components, implement best practices for cloud cost optimization, security, and system reliability, and enhance API gateways and service orchestration. Furthermore, you will architect and manage scalable AI/ML pipelines, develop MLOps workflows, optimize ML model inference, and collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers. You will also implement Infrastructure-as-Code, build self-healing monitoring solutions, improve CI/CD processes, and establish robust logging and tracing, all while collaborating closely with engineering teams to support product innovation and reliability.
