MLOps Engineer

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and have at least three years of experience with AWS and MLOps practices, along with two years of experience with TypeScript and Terraform. Furthermore, they should demonstrate at least four years of software engineering experience.
The Senior Software Engineer, MLOps will lead and drive initiatives end-to-end, spanning multiple layers of architecture and business domains, providing strategic guidance to ensure alignment with organizational goals. They will design, implement, and optimize ML-related architecture in AWS using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency. Additionally, they will establish and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring of ML models and services, building and improving productivity-enhancing tools and frameworks for AI and ML practitioners, and driving the development and adoption of advanced self-service capabilities and automation frameworks. They will also develop and provision automated alerts, detailed metrics, and advanced monitoring solutions for critical ML pipelines, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and impactful ML infrastructure solutions.
