At least 5 years of experience as Tech Lead Java

Responsibilities

Collaborate with architects for defining and designing innovative architectures based on identified issues
Responsible for designing and implementing applications in the Java and Spring ecosystem (e.g., microservices architectures)
Ensure technical oversight of projects and guarantee technical coherence
Contribute to the technical backlog and propose user stories to increase productivity
Challenge PO demands
Participate in analysis and technical design phases
Prepare and present demos to end users
Work on continuous improvement of craftsmanship and clean code practices in the team
Responsible for the overall quality of Talan deliverables
Ensure code coverage (tests) and quality
Animate training on team pain points and problem resolution
Sensitize teams to the importance of production
Guarantee maintenance and quality of technical documentation
Participate in Talan's internal codir and provide visibility on project progress
Act as technical referent for Talan Tech Leads at the client and internally
Manage and follow Tech Leads (training, certificates, evolution, EA…)
Animate Talan Tech Lead circles and participate in weekly "ruches" (collaborative tech watch presentations)
Conduct permanent technological watch
Contribute to building and disseminating Talan technical offers
Participate in the recruitment process
