Requirements

Formation Ingénieur(e) en informatique avec 6 ans d'expérience, et une expérience réussie en développement et/ou en tant qu’architecte ou tech lead
Bonne expérience sur un ou plusieurs des langages que nous utilisons (Node JS, Vue JS, React Native)
Expérience en environnement cloud (AWS), en architectures microservices
Attrait particulier pour la performance applicative
Capacité à prendre du recul, à faire preuve de pédagogie / mentoring et à travailler en équipe

Responsibilities

Définir la stratégie de migration : Concevoir et documenter l'architecture cible sous React
Piloter les choix techniques : Sélectionner les librairies clés de l'écosystème React (gestion d'état, routing, testing, etc.) et définir les nouvelles normes de développement
Garantir l'excellence technique : Mettre en place les meilleures pratiques de développement, de revue de code (code reviews) et de tests (unitaires, intégration, E2E) pour assurer la qualité, la performance et la maintenabilité de la nouvelle codebase
Développer les composants clés : Participer activement au développement, notamment sur la mise en place du socle de la nouvelle application et des composants les plus complexes
Mentorer et accompagner les équipes : Agir en tant que coach technique pour les développeurs Front-End. Animer des ateliers, faciliter la montée en compétences de l'équipe sur React et son écosystème
Assurer une veille technologique : Rester à la pointe des tendances de l'écosystème Front-End pour alimenter la vision à long terme de notre stack technique
