Responsibilities

Drive innovative practices into delivery and bring depth of expertise to delivery engagements
Enhance Accenture's marketplace reputation as a sought-out expert
Bring emerging ideas to life by shaping Accenture and client strategy
Work directly with clients in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements, analyze, design, and/or implement technology best practice business changes
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows
Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan as Deployment Lead
Coordinate with various project teams to manage interdependencies and ensure alignment between deployment-related activities
Monitor progress through the deployment plan
Oversee work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, and pilots
Act as Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience
Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams
Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with deployment activities
Align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization
