Übernehmen operativer Tätigkeiten in der Abteilung Product Family Hämodialyse 4008 wie z.B. Montage-/Prüftätigkeiten
Koordination von Ersatzteilen und Leergut
Organisieren von Besprechungen und Schulungen
Fachliche Führung eines Teams (gemäß Organigramm) mit täglicher Einsatzplanung zur Erreichung der Tagesziele
Fachliche Gespräche zu Arbeitsinhalten
Gewährleisten, dass die Teamleistungen in Bezug auf die relevanten Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs) erfüllt werden
Agieren als erster Ansprechpartner im Team
Als Single point of contact den benötigten Informationsfluss zwischen allen Beteiligten sicherstellen (z.B. Ansprechpartner für Ausfallsteilerunde)
Aktiv an Verbesserungen mitarbeiten und eigenständig kleine Optimierungen einführen
Input für das Shopfloormanagement liefern
