Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Must have the ability to work very flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs (including on-call responsibilities that may require weekend and evening work)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping processes
  • Perform instrument maintenance and cleaning
  • Handle receiving, inspection, and replenishment of kits
  • Perform entry, picking, packing, and shipping of ordered kits
  • Process Loaners kits, including shipping, receiving, inspection, and cleaning
  • Perform various duties and functions within the Distribution Loaners team in support of team goals
  • Process warehouse transfers
  • Perform cycle counting
  • Perform any other duties as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storage spaces and workstations
  • Assist with organizing and managing warehouse layout for optimal efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards, including proper handling of equipment and materials
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements
  • Report any safety hazards, incidents, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately
