Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team that supports effective execution of cross-functional operational strategies to implement, train, and execute processes and drive efficiency
  • Collaborate with leaders to monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to achieve performance goals and implement corrective actions as necessary
  • Provide insights and analysis to key stakeholders on how to reduce operational costs, improve resource utilization, and identify potential areas for cost reduction
  • Report any risks within operational processes, develop mitigation strategies, and adhere to company policies and industry regulations
  • Perform other job duties as assigned
