Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- At least 0-1 years of relevant management work experience
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
- Legally authorized to work in the United States (for U.S.-based positions)
Responsibilities
- Lead a team that supports effective execution of cross-functional operational strategies to implement, train, and execute processes and drive efficiency
- Collaborate with leaders to monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to achieve performance goals and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Provide insights and analysis to key stakeholders on how to reduce operational costs, improve resource utilization, and identify potential areas for cost reduction
- Report any risks within operational processes, develop mitigation strategies, and adhere to company policies and industry regulations
- Perform other job duties as assigned
