Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of software engineers working within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to deliver high-quality embedded software
Hire, onboard, and develop talent, fostering career growth through coaching, goal setting, and constructive feedback
Drive strategy execution by collaborating across global teams (including sites in the USA, Poland, and more) and leveraging strong internal and external relationships
Champion organizational effectiveness by setting objectives, measuring progress, and implementing improvements
Facilitate communication through meetings, presentations, and team discussions to align on goals and project status
Manage risks proactively, identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies
Build product knowledge to support your team in delivering innovative solutions
Accelerate time-to-market for our products by improving processes and team performance
