Candidates should possess at least three years of experience in a technical support role, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer service principles and technical troubleshooting skills. Experience leading and mentoring a team is also preferred.
As a Team Lead, Customer Support, you will lead and support a team of Technical Support Advocates by managing daily operations, coaching on best practices, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement. You will own and resolve high-impact escalations, motivate and inspire the team to meet and exceed KPIs, support inbound technical inquiries, ensure end-to-end issue resolution, act as a customer advocate, identify and reproduce bugs, develop team expertise, lead internal projects, coach and mentor team members, and be a role model for customer-first thinking.
