Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent (associate's degree or higher preferred)
  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience, with a quality-driven background
  • Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or other GMP environment desired
  • Prior experience in a leadership role strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter, forward thinker, strong thought process, and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and guide team through challenges
  • Strong networking, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly with departmental schedules, including overtime, holidays, and all shifts
  • Proficient in Word and Excel (SAP knowledge/experience a plus; Minitab or JMP statistical software knowledge a plus)
  • Eyesight of 20/20 (corrected) and not colorblind
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs. without assistance; manipulate medium weights of 25-50 pounds; occasionally push/pull 50-100+ pounds
  • Full range of motion in upper and lower extremities; capacity for prolonged standing, sitting, walking, stooping, kneeling, and climbing
  • Adherence to GMP safety standards; tolerance for fluctuating temperatures (hot/cold), loud noises, rapid flashing lights, and PPE requirements (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.)
  • Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (6a-6p) on a 2-2-3 rotation
