This position works 12-hour days from 6a to 6p on a 2-2-3 rotation.
Candidates need 5+ years of manufacturing experience with a quality-driven background, preferably in a pharmaceutical or GMP environment, and prior leadership experience is strongly preferred.
Required skills include excellent verbal and written communication, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, interpersonal and organizational skills, and proficiency in Word and Excel; SAP, Minitab, or JMP knowledge is a plus.
The role includes setting goals, planning operations, delegating tasks, motivating the team, communicating with management, monitoring performance, developing team members through training and coaching, and resolving conflicts.
A strong candidate has a high school diploma (associate's degree preferred), 5+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience in a GMP environment, self-starter traits, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts including overtime.
