Responsibilities
As a Team Lead, you will lead a remote team of 50+ freelancers who do rule-based web research, designing business processes and driving process improvements as well as technology improvements. You will plan and control these business processes and support their execution by removing barriers for your team members, improving process efficiency and reducing defects. You will also own your team’s KPIs and its performance, collaborate with the engineering teams on process automation, escalate all risks and incidents early and unambiguously, and deliver operational metrics associated with your process and results while keeping your team engaged.
