Requirements

8+ years of experience in software development
Proven experience in Java (11+), Spring Boot, and Angular (14+)
Solid knowledge in OOP and clean architecture (e.g., hexagonal or clean architecture)
Experience in team management and technical leadership
Knowledge in REST APIs and relational databases (Oracle, PL/SQL)
Experience in project design and control
Desirable: Knowledge in containers (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
Desirable: Familiarity with microservices and integration patterns
Desirable: Experience in interaction and architecture diagrams
Key competencies: Leadership and team management, analytical thinking and results orientation, effective communication and collaborative work, proactivity and initiative for continuous improvement

Responsibilities

Lead and manage development teams, promoting best practices and collaboration
Prepare estimates and work plans, ensuring proper resource allocation
Supervise project progress, controlling deadlines and quality
Design and maintain robust architectures based on OOP principles, hexagonal architecture, or clean architecture
Develop solutions using Java (11+), Spring Boot, and Angular (14+)
Implement and consume REST APIs
Administer relational databases, especially Oracle (PL/SQL)
Ensure application integration and scalability
Foster initiative and proactivity within the team
Coordinate the full development lifecycle, from estimation and planning to monitoring and control, ensuring quality and achievement of objectives
