Prepare and review complex tax returns, including S-Corporation, C-Corporation, partnership, multistate, and individual filings
Conduct initial reviews of Staff-prepared tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Develop income tax projections and prepare estimated calculations for clients
Perform in-depth tax research and draft clear, concise technical memoranda
Prepare work papers for book-to-tax differences and address technical tax issues
Refine expertise in a specialized area of taxation, enhancing technical knowledge and skills
Build strong, effective relationships with clients and team members
Identify potential tax issues early in the engagement planning process
Communicate professionally with the IRS and state tax authorities when necessary
Mentor and train Staff and Interns, providing valuable feedback and guidance
Maintain open communication with management regarding project progress and milestones
Actively participate in both attending and facilitating professional development and training sessions
