Requirements

Candidates should possess a CPA or JDB license, significant experience in the taxation of partnerships, limited liability companies, and other flow-through entities, and preferably have experience with private equity or real estate. A background with Big 4 or equivalent law firm experience is preferred, along with the ability to research complex tax issues and ensure the quality of work product.

Responsibilities

As a Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring work-flow, coaching and mentoring individual team members, developing business with existing and new clients, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the quality of work product. You will also conduct research on complex tax issues and contribute to the development of HR policies to ensure compliance.
