Responsibilities

As a Tax Manager / Senior Manager, you will provide top-level review of federal and multi-state income tax returns for private equity entities and family offices, working closely with clients to advise on income tax issues and related tax planning. You will oversee planning and scheduling of engagements, supervise work flow, research complex technical tax issues, and provide solutions. Additionally, you will lead and train teams of seniors and staff accountants, ensuring the quality of work product, and communicate progress to partners.
