As a Target Security Specialist, responsibilities include supporting sales by engaging guests and team members, leading a physical security culture by assessing and maintaining safe standards, responding to and documenting security incidents, understanding and leveraging escalation tools, conducting merchandise recoveries, providing apprehension support, preventing theft and shortage, submitting appropriate documentation, and training team members on merchandise protection and operational shortage focus areas as directed by AP leadership.
