Requirements

Responsibilities
As a Target Security Specialist, you will support sales by welcoming and engaging guests and team members, assisting them in finding products and providing a safe and secure environment. You will respond to and document security incidents, lead a physical security culture, conduct merchandise recoveries, provide apprehension support, and prevent theft and shortage at the front of the store. Additionally, you will submit appropriate documentation, utilize the video system, train team members, and execute shortage action plans as directed by AP leadership.
