TAP Sportsbar Bartender - MGM Springfield at MGM Resorts International

The starting rate is $8.75 per hour plus tips, with estimated annual tips ranging from $0 to $15,700. Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

This is an on-site, on-call role at MGM Springfield in Springfield, Massachusetts, requiring flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays to accommodate business needs. Hours of operation are M-W 4:00pm-11:00pm, Th & Sun 11:00am-11:00pm, and F-Sa 11:00am-12:00am.

Candidates must be 21 years or older, with two years of bartending experience in a bar or similar environment preferred. Key responsibilities include knowing the full menu of liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic options, preparing beverages, providing food service, cash handling, maintaining a clean bar, and supporting team operations.
