Requirements

Candidates should possess prior professional experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or a related role, with fluency in both English and German being a must. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role is required, along with familiarity with local regulations in Germany. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and experience with CRM software and project management tools are also necessary. Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and time-sensitive projects, combined with excellent listening, collaboration, and cross-cultural patience and understanding, is expected.

Responsibilities

The Account Manager will develop trusted advisor relationships with clients, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to their needs and objectives. They will be responsible for the onboarding and offboarding of clients and their employees, clearly communicating progress to leadership, preparing monthly reports, and collaborating with the finance team on invoicing. The role involves assisting with challenging client requests, escalating issues as needed, collaborating with the sales team to identify growth opportunities, and supporting clients with payroll and reimbursement processes.
