Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment team in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent
  • Promote job opportunities across various platforms to increase visibility and candidate reach
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers, ensuring clear communication and a positive candidate experience
  • Learn and apply effective recruitment and sourcing practices to support ongoing hiring needs
  • Conduct candidate screening to assess skills, experience, and alignment with role requirements
  • Explore and expand knowledge within recruitment, sourcing, and employer branding areas
  • Contribute to various HR-related tasks and projects as assigned
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards in all activities
