Requirements

  • Experience leading and mentoring a distributed team of recruiters across multiple countries (e.g., ~10 Talent Acquisition Partners in Europe)
  • Strategic leadership in talent acquisition, with expertise in driving hiring practice transformations
  • Proficiency in data-driven recruitment, including building dashboards for metrics like Time to Hire, Quality of Hire, and D&I
  • Knowledge of AI, automation, and tools for recruitment (ATS, sourcing tools)
  • Ability to partner with executive leadership (e.g., CHRO) on workforce planning and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers
  • Experience in employer branding strategy, pipelining, assessment frameworks, and structured interview processes

Responsibilities

  • Mentor, coach, and manage a distributed team of ~10 Talent Acquisition Partners across Europe; set objectives, monitor performance, and foster a collaborative team culture
  • Develop team members' skills, aligning growth with Malt's career path mindset; allocate resources to meet hiring targets
  • Audit and re-engineer the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for scalability, efficiency, and candidate experience using AI & automation
  • Design and implement assessment frameworks, interview training, and structured debrief processes to ensure a "raise the bar" standard
  • Champion data-driven recruitment; build and manage dashboards for key metrics (Time to Hire, Quality of Hire, D&I)
  • Implement a culture of candidate pipelining
  • Lead employer branding strategy in partnership with Marketing to position Malt as a top tech employer in Europe
  • Partner with CHRO and leadership on long-term workforce planning and talent strategy
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market trends and talent mapping
  • Own and manage the TA budget, including tool selection and vendor management
