Responsibilities

  • Coordinating in-store recruitment across the store network
  • Establishing strong relationships with internal stakeholders to identify Starbucks recruitment needs
  • Discovering and shortlisting relevant candidates
  • Coordinating interviews for store roles with the management team and other key stakeholders
  • Undertaking candidate background, eligibility and reference checks
  • Providing analytical recruitment reports to the leadership team
  • Preparing employee contracts and associated onboarding documentation for successful candidates
  • Providing general administrative assistance to the wider Starbucks Talent Acquisition team
  • Involved in the coordination of new store hiring events and other ad hoc projects
